THE tragic death of South Monaghan law student Shane O’Farrell (23) from Carrickmacross who was the victim of a hit-and-run driver on August 2nd 2011 was recalled again this week in a poignant interview given to national media by the victim’s mother, Mrs Lucia O’Farrell.
