F.F. T.D. ADVOCATES NEW INDUSTRIAL PROMOTION AGENCY FOR BORDER REGION

The creation of a new all-island industrial promotion agency has been advocated by Fianna Fáil Dáil Deputy for Cavan/Monaghan Brendan Smith.
Deputy Smith feels that his constituency in particular would stand to benefit from the bolstering of a cross-Border trade strategy, particularly in the uncertain economic climate arising from the UK’s vote to recant membership of the European Union.
