BLACKHILL are through to their third Universal Graphics Junior Football Championship Final in a row when they proved too strong for a less than full strength Scotstown side who had lost a number of players to the senior championship team, in this low-key and at times scrappy affair that was played in greasy conditions in O’Neill Park, Clontibret, on Sunday afternoon last.
