A MONAGHAN Fianna Fail county councillor who is Chairman of the local development company, Monaghan Integrated Development, which is currently facing a downgrading alignment with the local authority, in conjunction with the demise of the existing local authority structures, has hit out strongly this week at the impending loss of the existing body and its replacement with only a one-seat membership on a new fifteen-member set-up.
