Smithboro poultry firm Grove Turkeys Ltd have announced that they will be exporting €3 million worth of Irish turkeys into over 300 Tesco stores in the UK this Christmas.
The firm are also recruiting 280 seasonal workers to meet the intensive festive season demand.
The Christmas export windfall forms part of a €5 million business link between the Co Monaghan company and the major retail chain.
